If you buy from Wooting plan on waiting and waiting and a TON of spam emails trying to get more money for their other stuff. And not to mention that positive 100 emails that your order is delayed even longer.
Waited over 5 1/2 months for my 60HE then they made confirm like 3 times to send me tracking that never showed a pickup. Then they tried to say well because we sent you tracking we are done on our side. Total of 6 months to get keyboard then being a moron that I am I purchased there lube & tool kit for the keyboard waited 1 month $55 never received it but shows processing on there side but another fake shipping label saying delivered and now ghosted from them will not reply back. Pay with PAYPAL ONLY also a close friend that knows these people are selling the keyboards on eBay with your money. Botton line horrible customer service while they steal your money. Filed claim with bank which is holding the charge.

Their support is absolutely unreal compared to other companies, it's amazing, simple and fast.

I've also been using the 60he for about a month now with no issues (expect keeping it clean 😅) And it really does live up to the hype

Little bit on the expensive end but for what you get, I would say it's worth it.

I rarely write reviews But frankly this is the best keyboard you can buy, I have several types of mechanical, optical 8K polling rate, and magnetic keyboards from major brands and this one is the fastest and most responsive I've ever had uh i'm not talking about the Actuation Point but the MCU how the keyboard is built how the code it i immediately felt the difference and when activating Rapid Trigger and Tackyon Mode this keyboard is in a whole other level i play different games Fps,racing,RPG and MMO like Black desert online where you have to do a lot of combos to beat an opponent the difference is crazy
And the number of technology it embeds, Rapide Trigger, Tackyon Mode, DKS, TGL and especially MOD TAP jesus so useful, hard to do better.
I can only say this keyboard is GOD Tier let call it WOOTGOD :D
I highly recommend this keyboard, save money to buy this keyboard, you will also encourage the wooting team and maybe who knows one day, they will be able to release a mouse with leeker switches XD

Its private company that you can trust and they have a great community in Discord, you can even chat to the owner of the company direct in discord or sometimes they stream on Twitch, you really can't say this for many many companies.

Still waiting for the keyboard but the customer service/staff really helpful. Im just ask something and they answer within a minute. If the keyboard is gonna be what im excepting i would give them 6 Star.

Its a brand you really wouldn't expect to have so many issues with. I experienced the same as other reviews - just a really bad delivery + support experience (it never came) and after 2+ months I just settled for a refund.

That part that sucks is having to be the one who constantly sends the emails, if something goes wrong, you're the person who has to follow up and investigate. The support members really do mean well, but the responses can be very robotic and lack any sort of apologeticness. Which really sucks if you're order has failed twice and you're on your 10th email following up on why you've heard nothing on the status of the third.

Well they have a really good service and answer really fast. I had a bad experience with the delervery, because it was slow. But then they told me that they do their best, and that i can cancel anytime before shipment. Im really impressed 👏

Order from the UK, basically instructed to wait for 14 days from last update or wait till delivery company assumes missing

Cannot speak about the product (yet) because I have not received it. The product is one month late compared to the initial estimate and the latest update from Wooting is I have to email them to upgrade to air freight in order to get it in 5-6 weeks from now, or else it's going to be 12 weeks. But really who knows how much long it's actually going to be if their forecasting is this good.

This air freight "upgrade" was not an option at purchase time and even now is available only for seven days for some reason. It's extortion pure and simple.

Good customer service, good software, good keyboard, what else is there to say? :)
